Attacus 100 Day Comfort Guarantee – Returns Policy
At Attacus, we believe that cycling kit should be as comfortable as it is high-performing, and we stand by our commitment to comfort with our 100 Day Comfort Challenge. We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase, so if our kit isn’t the comfiest you’ve ever worn, we’ll happily offer you a refund.
Here’s how our 100 Day Comfort Challenge works:
What’s Covered:
- The 100 Day Comfort Challenge is valid on full-price items and bundles purchased directly from the Attacus website.
- This offer excludes accessories (e.g., socks, caps, ride wallets, tool rolls), which are eligible for return only under our 30-day return policy for unused items.
100 Day Comfort Challenge Returns:

Eligibility:
- The 100 Day Comfort Challenge applies only to full-price jerseys, bibs, jackets, and other kit purchased at the regular retail price or as part of a bundle.
- Items must be returned within 100 days of receiving your order.
- You can wear and wash your kit as much as you need during this period, but please take care of it. We reserve the right to reject returns that have been damaged beyond normal wear and tear.

Return Process:
- If the kit isn’t the comfiest you’ve ever worn, simply contact our customer service team at hello@attacus.cc within 100 days of receiving your items.
- Provide your order number and details of why you’d like to return your kit.
- Once your return has been approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your items.

Refunds:
- Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 7 working days. The refund will be issued back to the original payment method.
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs.
30 Day Accessory/ Unworn Items Return Policy:
- We offer free returns/ exchanges for accessories and items that are unworn.
- Accessories (such as socks, caps, ride wallets, etc.) can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order, but must be unused and in their original packaging.
- To initiate an accessory return, follow the same process by contacting our customer service team at hello@attacus.cc within 30 days of receiving your order.
- We reserve the right to reject returns that have clearly been worn more than just to try on..

- The offer is non-transferable and limited to one refund per customer.

Please Note
We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. The liability for your return is yours until it reaches us. We can accept no liability for lost returned parcels.
RETURNS OF CUSTOM, MADE TO ORDER AND PRE-ORDER GOODS
For custom and items bought via a pre-order, each product will be made based on your specific order. We therefore cannot accept returns on these orders, unless:
a) You receive a different product to the one you ordered (the wrong size, for instance); or
b) The product is faulty
We will try to replace or repair custom or pre-ordered products that are faulty if you let us know about the fault within 14 days of your order being delivered to you. When your order is delivered, please check it carefully. After 14 days we can't guarantee to either repair or accept any returns of goods.
