Our response to COVID-19
In these uncertain times, we think it’s important to keep you up to date on how the spread of COVID-19 is affecting our business and how we’re responding.
Shipping as usual
Our UK office is currently still operating, so we’re able to process and ship in-stock orders at our usual speed.
All of our orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class inside the UK and Royal Mail International delivery outside the UK. You can find out the latest information on how their services are running on their website.
We’ve also put some extra measures in place within our UK office to ensure the safety of our customers and the wider community:
- Our office is currently on lockdown to all but essential staff.
- We’ve introduced daily cleaning of our packing station and wear a mask and gloves when handling and packing orders.
- The World Health Organization and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention both say there’s currently no evidence to support the transmission of COVID-19 with goods shipped from any area. However, just for a bit of extra peace of mind, we’re storing any new stock we receive for 48 hours before it is handled, packaged and posted out.
Our SS20 launch
You may be aware that our clothing is made in Italy. The current situation there has lead to the Italian government taking the decision to temporarily close all non-essential companies.
The safety of our colleagues in Italy is of upmost importance to us, and we absolutely back this action in order to contain and stop the spread of the virus. This closure has, however, affected the production of our SS20 kit, which is why this year we will be launching the first of our new product drops as a pre-order with an indefinite delivery date.
