Returns from outside of the UK
We're happy to accept returns of new, unused goods that have been received within the past 30 days for a refund.
If you're based outside of the UK, please note that we're unable to cover the cost of returning your item to us.
We no longer offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, please return your original item(s) to us for a refund and place a new order.
Extended Christmas Returns Policy
We're extending our returns window to make it easier for you to shop for Christmas gifts for your loved ones. Orders placed between November 1st and December 31st can be returned to us before January 31st for a full refund provided they are new and unused.
Orders placed after December 31st are subject to our usual 30 days returns policy.
Here's how to make your return:
1) Let us know you're sending something back
Send us an email to email@example.com and include the following information.

2) Package your items
Pack all the returned items securely, along with a note which states your order number and the name the order was placed under.
Your order number can be found on your original order confirmation email and at the top of your paper receipt. You can pack your items in the package the items arrived in if convenient.
The items must be returned in a saleable condition and be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags and in original packaging.
3) Mark the package and customs form (if applicable) with 'Returned Goods'.
This is VERY IMPORTANT. Failure to do this could result in your package incurring duty fees which will be charged to you or us being unable to accept your parcel.
4) Ship your parcel with the service or courier of your choice

5) Ask for proof of postage
Keep your proof of postage somewhere safe until your parcel is back with us.
Depending on the shipping option you choose, your parcel may take a while to get to us. But once we've received your return and checked over the items, we'll send you a notification to let you know we've processed your refund. Refunded money can take 3-5 working days to reach your account.
We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. The liability for your return is yours until it reaches us. We can accept no liability for lost returned parcels.
Original postage costs are not refundable.
RETURNS OF CUSTOM, MADE TO ORDER AND PRE-ORDER GOODS
For custom and items bought via a pre-order, each product will be made based on your specific order. We therefore cannot accept returns on these orders, unless:
a) You receive a different product to the one you ordered (the wrong size, for instance); or
b) The product is faulty
We will try to replace or repair custom or pre-ordered products that are faulty if you let us know about the fault within 14 days of your order being delivered to you. When your order is delivered, please check it carefully. After 14 days we can't guarantee to either repair or accept any returns of goods.
