It’s why all of our Foundation bib shorts are fitted with our custom men's Foundation chamois pads - a top of the range endurance-focused pad developed to deliver all-day support.
Designed in collaboration with one of the world’s leading chamois manufacturers, Cytech Elastic Interface, this pad is the culmination of months of research and testing. Designed to relieve common pelvic pressure points which we identified can cause discomfort on longer rides, the pad is constructed from fine layers of high density foam which provide lasting cushioned support. It’s what makes the shorts perfect for epic adventures, as well as shorter days on the road. Meanwhile its neutral, single width not only offers a more anatomical fit, but makes it compatible with virtually any saddle.

SIZE GUIDE
The technical fabrics in our bib shorts are designed for movement, and will naturally stretch. It's why you may find you fit into more than one size bracket. So to help you find the best fit for you, we recommend you follow the steps below.
HOW TO MEASURE UP
- WAIST/BELLY: Start by measuring your waist/belly all the way around at the fullest part. This'll usually be around your belly button. Don't rely on your jeans or trousers waist size. Then use this number to see where you fall on our size chart. If your chest and belly measurements put you in two different size brackets, we'd recommend opting for the larger size.
- INSIDE LEG LENGTH: This number gives the literal length of the shorts. Use the leg length number to work out how each size will fit on you, and make sure you're happy with the length. To get an accurate gauge of leg length, start from the highest point of your in-seam and measure downward.
- FIT: Do you fall into more than one size bracket? Then we'd recommend considering how you want your kit to fit. Do you like it close fitting? Or prefer it a little looser? Make sure your chosen size selection reflects how you like to wear it.

We'll always start by asking if you've measured yourself and where your measurements put you on our size chart, so it's definitely worth doing this first. IMPORT DUTY ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If you're based outside of the UK, please be aware that our shipping prices do not include any local customs or import duty charges. Therefore you may have to pay import duty/fees upon delivery, depending on the country your item is being shipped to. Rule changes as of July 2021 mean that EU customers are likely to be charged.

At Attacus, we believe that cycling kit should be as comfortable as it is high-performing, and we stand by our commitment to comfort with our 100 Day Comfort Challenge. We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase, so if our kit isn’t the comfiest you’ve ever worn, we’ll happily offer you a refund.
Here’s how our 100 Day Comfort Challenge works:
What’s Covered:
- The 100 Day Comfort Challenge is valid on full-price items and bundles purchased directly from the Attacus website.
- This offer excludes accessories (e.g., socks, caps, ride wallets, tool rolls), which are eligible for return only under our 30-day return policy for unused items.
100 Day Comfort Challenge Returns:

Eligibility:
- The 100 Day Comfort Challenge applies only to full-price jerseys, bibs, jackets, and other kit purchased at the regular retail price or as part of a bundle.
- Items must be returned within 100 days of receiving your order.
- You can wear and wash your kit as much as you need during this period, but please take care of it. We reserve the right to reject returns that have been damaged beyond normal wear and tear.

Return Process:
- If the kit isn’t the comfiest you’ve ever worn, simply access our returns portal here and return/exchange within 100 days of receiving your items.
- Provide your order number and details of why you’d like to return your kit.
- Once your return has been approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your items.

Refunds:
- Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 7 working days. The refund will be issued back to the original payment method.
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs if you are outside of the UK.
- A small £2.50 re-stocking fee is charged on all refunds to cover the inspection time. Alternatively you can select an exchange for free or a store credit and receive a small bonus.
30 Day Accessory/ Unworn Items Return Policy:
- We offer returns/ exchanges for accessories and items that are unworn.
- Accessories (such as socks, caps, ride wallets, etc.) can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order, but must be unused and in their original packaging.
- To initiate an accessory return, follow the same process by accessing our returns portal here within 30 days of receiving your order.
- We reserve the right to reject returns that have clearly been worn more than just to try on..

We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. The liability for your return is yours until it reaches us. We can accept no liability for lost returned parcels.
RETURNS OF CUSTOM, MADE TO ORDER AND PRE-ORDER GOODS
For custom and items bought via a pre-order, each product will be made based on your specific order. We therefore cannot accept returns on these orders, unless:
a) You receive a different product to the one you ordered (the wrong size, for instance); or
b) The product is faulty
We will try to replace or repair custom or pre-ordered products that are faulty if you let us know about the fault within 14 days of your order being delivered to you. When your order is delivered, please check it carefully. After 14 days we can't guarantee to either repair or accept any returns of goods.

CARE GUIDE
All of our garments are made with high quality technical fabrics which, with a bit of TLC, have been designed to last you many seasons of riding.
CLOTHING
Washing
Machine wash on a low spin with similar colours at no higher than 30°C (86°F). Use non-biological detergent only and avoid fabric softeners and bleach.
Close all clasps and fastenings on your cycle kit – and any other garments mixed in with your kit – when washing. Velcro closures and clasps can catch on stitching and damage your garments.
Drying
Do not tumble dry. Hang up and leave to dry naturally away from direct sunlight to prevent wear. Do not place directly on a hot radiator.
COLOUR
While we do our best to accurately display the true colours of our garments in all photography on our website, sometimes the actual colour may vary in real life. This is because every computer/phone monitor has a different capability to display colours, and that everyone sees these colours differently.
