Pre-order FAQs
Q: Why are some of your items only available for pre-order?
Due to the current situation with COVID-19 in Italy, where our clothing is produced, some of our kit has been held up in production.
The amazing team at our factory have been doing everything they can to safely get it to us – however the Italian government temporary closed all non-essential companies last month, meaning our stock was literally halted midway through production.
Our priority is that everyone involved in making our garments stays safe and well, and follows government advice to help stop the spread of COVID-19. So instead, this year we'll be releasing some of our clothing as a pre-order with an indefinite delivery date. This means you can secure your sizes now, and we'll deliver them when they become available.
Our factory has now reopened and production has restarted, so we're expecting kit to land soon.
Q: How does the pre-order work?
We'll add the stock we currently have in production to our website where it can be purchased as normal. You'll then receive your order once our factory is back open and able to finish producing it.
Q: When will my kit arrive?
Our factory has now reopened and production has restarted, so we're expecting kit to land soon. As it stands, we're forecasting that stock could arrive with us around late May, although currently we're unable to give any exact delivery date.
We hope you understand and can hold out a little on receiving your kit, we promise it'll be worth it. Thank you for your support and patience.
Q: What happens if I buy an item that's in stock at the same time as my pre-ordered kit?
Shipment of your in-stock items will be delayed until your pre-order item is ready for shipping.
To ensure faster delivery of your in-stock items, we recommend making two separate orders - one for your pre-order items and one for your in-stock items.
Q: Could stock still sell out even though it's a pre-order?
Yes. We'll only be selling the stock we already have in production. There's two reasons for this:
1) It's midway through being made, so as soon as factories in Italy are allowed to reopen, it shouldn't take too long to arrive.
2) We don't want to overload an already strained system. When manufacturers do reopen they're going to be working hard just to make up the time they've lost, so flooding them with hundreds of new orders on day one isn't going to help. But don't worry, we've got lots of exciting new pieces planned for release this season. Plus, as you're on our mailing list, you'll get priority notifications so that you can bag your sizes first.
Q: Will I still have the right to return or exchange items bought on pre-order?
Yes. Our usual returns policy will apply.
